How did the Chargers perform in the Pro Bowl?

The Chargers-led AFC team in this year’s Pro Bowl left Orlando with their third-straight win in the all-star showcase, overpowering the NFC 26-7.

The Bolts were represented by RB Melvin Gordon, WR Keenan Allen, S Derwin James, S Adrian Phillips, C Mike Pouncey, and DE Melvin Ingram in a “game” where the AFC won handedly thanks to a “stout” AFC defense.

James tied for second on the team with three total tackles and also contributed the sack (it should count toward the rookie record), a tackle-for-loss, and a QB hit.

Ingram recorded a single tackle but also managed to sack the SeahawksRussell Wilson, doing his part in the AFC compiling seven total sacks on the evening. He also added two yards on a single carry.

Phillips did not record a single stop in the game.

On the offensive side of the ball, Allen led the team in receiving yards with 95 yards on four catches before he had to exit the contest with a knee contusion.

Gordon logged just one carry on the evening on which he failed to gain a yard. He did gain 10 yards on one catch, however.

And uhhhhhh…Pouncey didn’t allow a sack? So that’s good.

Anyways, hail to the AFC for they are obviously the better conference and stuff.
